Rasam powder

Rasam powder:
All ingredients are of same proportion. So use one standard measure cup for all ingredients.
Black pepper: 1 cup
Jeera : one cup
Coriander seeds: one cup
Toor dal: one cup
Red chilles dry: 5-6

Fry all ingredients dry. Grind them coarsely.

 For best aroma, prepare in small quantities and frequently.
